Anfield is set to make its licensed debut in Pro Evolution Soccer 2009. It has featured in previous installments of PES, making a few appearances but never a consistent stadium in the game. Anfield is one of the most recognised stadiums in England and is the home to Liverpool FC. Anfield is now officially licensed due to Liverpool's extended license in the Premier League.
