[edit] Players

In past PES games their squad has featured many world class players (in addition to Henry) such as Bergkamp, Ljungberg, Pires, Vieira, Wiltord and Lehmann who were all great at their peak. More recently talented midfielders Hleb, Flamini, plus attackers Adebayor and Eduardo left much to many PES players' disappointment.

[edit] PES 2011

Arsenal are a team that have strength and depth in all areas but after the departure of PES legend, Henry, they are arguably not as good as they should be. They have a consistent goalkeeper with Szczesny. In front of him are Djourou, Vermaelen, Koscielny, Gibbs and Sagna. Their midfield is impressive with Ramsey, Rosicky and Wilshere. Plus with strikers such as Van Persie, Arshavin and Chamakh, their strike force is quite deadly.

The Arsenal youngsters are also very promising after a few years of development. Once the players reach their peak, they turn into some of the best players in the game. Walcott, Wilshere, Vela, Denilson and Song are just some of the players with very high development curves in Master League.

[edit] PES 2012

Henry, former Arsenal player made a comeback for the Gunners as he was loaned from New York Red Bulls of North American-based Major League Soccer in January.

[edit] PES 2013

Arsenal have signed German international Lukas Podolski, French international Olivier Giroud and Spanish international Santi Cazorla to strengthen Arsenal's team after losing Robin van Persie and Alexandre Song, to Manchester United and FC Barcelona, respectively.
