Andrei Arshavin is a Russian footballer who plays for Arsenal after a long awaited switch from Zenit St. Petersburg. He shone in Euro 2008 where he has attracted a lot of attention from the big clubs around Europe. Because of such good performances has had improved stats and a preset face in PES 2009.
