Carlos Tévez (born Carlos Alberto Martínez) is an Argentine international striker who plays for Manchester City. Tevez is a much sought after player in Master League due to his development peak of 92, a huge addition to his already impressive stats.

Tactics

Tevez's primary position is that of SS or Second Striker, he acts as a means of linking the forward line and the midfield, while still chipping in with goals of his own. Tevez's best attribute is his dribbling. With high stats and a Tactical Dribbling Special Ability Star, he can often go on mazy runs before playing in another player, or shooting himself. A high body balance stat means that Tevez's height, or lack thereof, is not a problem

PES 5

This was Tevez's debut PES appearance in the Argentina national side and being a relatively low profile striker he was seen as one of the Master League gems. He had a good development and a preset face which made him appear Caucasian.

PES 6

Tevez became a high profile player at this point having transferred to West Ham along with Javier Mascherano. Tevez appears to have a much darker skin tone in this installment of the game but is too dark compared to his real life counterpart. He was also considered one of the elite Master League players in this installment due to his development curve and the ease of buying him due to him playing for West Ham.

PES 2008

In PES 2008 his high profile move from West Ham to Manchester United was completed where he linked up well with Wayne Rooney making a very strong attacking force and one of the best developing default strike partnerships.

PES 2009

In PES 2009 Tevez is considered one of the top strikers in the game and the partnership with Rooney and Ronaldo was one of the best in the game and proved a hit with gamers online as Manchester United prove a popular choice in Network Mode.

PES 2010

Tevez will appear for Manchester City in a new look line up for the team featuring the likes of Emmanuel Adebayor, Roque Santa Cruz, Kolo Toure and Gareth Barry. He is also given quite a significant stat boost making him one of the best default strikers in the game.

Trivia

He has a burn mark (visible on Pro Evo) on the right side of his face which was caused by an accident with boiling water.
Tevez's skin tone has changed several times in the history of the PES series ranging from being caucasian to being black.
In PES 2009 he is known for having his own unique variant of the 'Marseille Roulette' trick that is used by many others players in the game, and this performed by rotating the left analog stick or D-Pad 360 degrees in either way.
