Cesar is a Brazilian midfielder who plays for Bologna. Cesar is a decent midfielder and one of the few players with a Preset Face in the Bologna squad. Cesar had previous stints with Inter Milan in which he did have a preset face but was shown as a Caucasian man despite not being one, this error has been fixed.
