Cicinho (pronounced Siss-SEEN-io) is a Brazilian footballer of Italian descent. He controversially appears as a black player consistently in the PES series despite being 100% Italian in origin (much like Ricardinho and Luke Young). Cicinho plays for AS Roma as their first team right back. The Brazilian is also a regular for his country. He once had huge potential in PES but has now become a mediocre player.
