WE League (previously known as D2 League) is a league which first featured in PES 2010. It was at one point the default second division in Master League Mode, but starting in PES 2013 it is now in the South American region and its clubs can qualify for the Copa Libertadores. The league contains 18 fictional teams with fictional players.

[edit] Cup Competitions
In Master League, the teams in the second division can only qualify for the league cup depending on the position they finished in the previous year.
- Premier League - Finish 12th or higher.
- Ligue 1 - Finish 12th or higher.
- Serie A - Finish 12th or higher.
- Eredivisie - Finish 14th or higher.
- La Liga - Finish 12th or higher.
- PES League - Finish 14th or higher.
The teams who qualified will join the teams in the First Division to make a 32-team knockout tournament. The winner will then qualify to the UEFA Europa League of the next season.
