Dennis Bergkamp who is now known as Bemkap in the PES series is a former footballer most famous while playing for Arsenal and Holland. He made over 400 league appearances for Arsenal in real life although it could have been more if it weren't for his aviophobia. He retired after the Champions League final defeat against Barcelona when he was the top assist maker in Premiership history.
Now in the Classic Netherlands team PES players can relive the days when Bergkamp was one of the most feared strikers in games such as PES 2 and PES 4 to name but a few. The only difference this time is that he can play alongside players such as Marco van Basten who most PES fans will agree is an adequate substitute for Arsenal great Thierry Henry.
