Derby County made their only appearance (on the console versions of the game) in the series in PES 2008 as an unlicensed team named Derbyshire. Notable for being one of the twelve founder members of the Football League in 1888. It has a fierce rivalry with Nottingham Forest.

[edit] PES 2013 Edit Patch 3.0 Appearance

In PES 2013, Derby County do not appear in the console version of the game. For the PC they also do not. However using the PES Edit Patch 3.0 edition for PC they do in the npower Championship division. They are a middle table team trying to improve.

The squad is a mix of English players, Irish players, Welsh players and Scottish players with one Albanian footballer also.
