Emmanuel Adebayor (pronounced Add-e-bye-OR) is a Togolese professional footballer who currently plays for Manchester City after moving from Arsenal. He plays as the primary striker and is known for his deadly pace and terrific finishing. His stats at the beginning of the ML are not the best but in time he can become quite a handful.

Due to poor licensing on PES, he is known as Azanimeil while playing for Togo. Although he looks differently and has a different name, his stats remain the same whilst playing for Togo. Togo were then removed from the series in PES 2009.

Adebayor has also grew a cult like status among some fans, for his vibrant and eye catching bright Green Adidas F50.6 Tunit football boots. Adebayor is a good striker to have on the team he can header the ball well and he always stands out because of his height.

In PES 2009 he is one of the best strikers of the ball and finds the net with ease due to his incredible finishing and the ability to outjump most defenders. He is also a very quick player for someone with such a big frame.
