Eren Derdiyok is a Swiss wonderkid striker who is most famous for scoring a goal against England in Fabio Capello's first game in charge. He also has Turkish nationality and he currently plays for Bayer 04 Leverkusen after moving from FC Basel. In PES 2009 he develops into one of the best Swiss players in the Master League and has the ability to drift through opposition defences with ease. His height also makes him a formidable player in the air similarly to fellow countryman Marco Streller.
It is likely that Derdiyok will be more prominent in future PES games. He was notably the youngest player to feature in Euro 2008.
Derdiyok takes the ball away from Miguel.
