Fernando Torres, also known as El Niño in Spain and The Kid in England, is a striker currently playing for Atletico Madrid and the Spanish National Team. He has appeared on Pro Evolution Soccer since PES4.
 PES 2009
He's called an elite player as he has a peak of 92 in the Master League and remains in the 90+ region for most of his career. He's fast, strong and deadly in front of goal. A great asset for any large team.
 PES 2010
Fernando Torres features on the cover alongside Lionel Messi in PES 2010. He also has a more realistic preset face. He also possesses the playstyle cards Goal Poacher and Fox In The Box which allows him to be a predatory striker who plays off the last man and be a striker lurks around the 18 yard box.
One of the best Strikers on the game, and he is the best he has great natural athletic ability shown by his pace but he also has great technical skills, shown by the Outside Curve, Quick Turn and Marseille Roulette cards. And he is a good all round deadly striker which scores at most times.
 PES 2011
 PES 2012
His overall had decreased from 90 to 82 as his stats were lowered all around, following his poor season at chelsea but still a good player but doesn't score much goals at chelsea he was at his best at liverpool Attacking rating dropped by 5, However Teamwork improved by 5 rating, Showing that Torres was becoming more of a team player despite his declining form in front of goal
 PES 2013
In PES 2013 his overall decreased once again dropping by 4 to a 78 due to his lack of goals for Chelsea.
He still remains being a decent dribbler with 82 Dribble Speed and quite good at heading, but all his stats were lowered apart from Attack, which strangely went up to 88. Fernando Torres had a bad season in which he did not score much goals for Chelsea, but he is still a good player capable of scoring a lot of goals. Master league he is a great player which upgrades a lot but slow 5 years of pes2013 master league he would upgrade to a 106 overall if you play him.
 PES 2014
In PES 2014 Torres overall rating increase to 86, this was extremely strange considering he had yet another lack luster season in front of goal,
His shooting accuracy declined from an 84 in PES 2013 to 81 however this is still a decent shooting accuracy and still means he is very dangerous in front of goal, Explosive power and top speed remained the same 83 and 84 rating respectively. In Master league he remains a very good player to buy for your team and if you play him his overall can increase into the 90's before he starts to decline.
 PES 2015
Shooting is down from 81 to 80, and he has started to slow down with speed and agility down from 84 to 80, his attacking prowess has declined from 85 to 80 showing that he has started to really decling in front of goal, he does still however remain a threat in front of goal when he is in one-on-one. In Master League he still remains an Ok player to buy however he is now 30 and only increases for a year to around 85 overall before he starts to decline once more.
 PES 2016
Torres increases from 80 overall in PES 2015 to an 81, He still had quite a drought in front of goal but not as bad as previous seasons,
His Stats start to decline into the 70's this includes Ball Control and Speed, This is still quick but there are defenders that can now out sprint him meaning it is ill advised to try playing through balls to him unless the team you are facing his slow defenders, In Master League it is now ill advised to buy him as he is in decline and unless you are planning to play him constantly he will drop in overall pretty quickly.
 PES 2017
Torres had a very decent season in front of goal compared to his previous seasons, the 2015-16 season was the first time he scored over 10 league goals since 2010/11,
His Speed increased from 78 to 80 meaning he is still quick off the mark however there are still defenders that can out sprint him his 79 Physical stat means he can hold off defenders very well and he remains a threat in front of goal seeing his Attacking prowess remain at 82, In master league he is in the twilight of his career at 32 but does still have a few years left in him if you choose to buy him
