Franklin "Frank" Rijkaard (pronounced RYE-kard) is a Dutch former footballer of partial Surinamese descent who plays in the Classic Netherlands team. He is known as Raukoores because of licensing issues. Rijkaard is one of the team's most important players and he can usually be found occupying the centre of midfield alongside either Ruud Gullit or Phillip Cocu.
