He is a favourite among fans of PES for his tremendous development curve in the Master League despite being relatively unknown in real life.

Despite having a preset face in PES 2009 his development curve is much less impressive although his current stats have improved slightly.

In PES 2013 Gervinho is in the Arsenal squad, a solid player and a good back up for users starting a Master League with Arsenal in England League. He could be sold for transfer funds alternatively, it is up to player preference.
For weaker England League teams, or weaker teams playing in Serie A in Italy he would be a solid transfer for sure.
