Hamburger SV (short HSV) are a German team and are one of the top sides in their country regularly qualifying for competitions in Europe. However Hamburg have not made an appearance in the Pro Evolution series since PES 5 where the German league was controversially axed from the roster excluding Bayern Munich. Hamburg have arguably one of the easiest logos to create in edit mode if you would want to create this team.

Hamburg have recently been dealt with a double blow as 2 star players left, these being Vincent Kompany and Rafael van der Vaart going to Manchester City and Real Madrid respectively.
