Helsingborgs IF is a Swedish football club playing in the highest Swedish League, the Allsvenskan. Their home strip consists of a red jersey and socks, and blue shorts. Helsingborg have made their first appearance in a PES game in Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 and this appearance can be largely attributed to the transfer of former Celtic, Barcelona and Manchester United striker Henrik Larsson. Larsson retains his slightly over-rated stats from PES6 despite his age, and his presence makes Helsingborg a much bigger threat than first impressions might conceive. Despite this, many have complimented Heslingborgs IF for a wealth of other talent found at the club in game, such as Fredrik Svanback, Samir Beloufa, Mathias Unkuri and Adama Tamboura, and the team has achieved many admirers.
