Hulk is a Brazilian striker who plays for FC Porto. He is known for his bulky frame and his strength but whilst playing in Japan he wore a green kit and due to his sheer size (and the fact he would get angry from time to time) he was nicknamed Hulk and the nickname has now become an official name for Givanildo to use after a transfer to Porto.

Hulk is strong and very powerful in the air but also quick and hard to beat making him almost the complete striker.

He is unavailable in the original PES 2009 but later appears in the November Update. Hulk's speed and shooting are his main assets and a few seasons into the Master League he gains a high shot power stat. His passing stats are not to great so it is best to dribble and shoot when using the player.
