Hull City are a team that has appeared on PES 2009, PES 2010 and PES 2014. They made their first ever appearance in the Pro Evolution Series as an unlicensed team named Yorkshire Orange in PES2009. Their play-off victory over Bristol City in real-life meant that they would be replaced Birmingham City in the Premiership.
In 2008-2009 season, Hull relied heavily on Dean Windass in their squad, who is considered a match winner for the team, who actually won the match that promoted them to the English Premier League and more importantly giving them a debut spot in the Pro Evolution game.
In the summer before the big season kicked off they signed Geovanni, Bernard Mendy, George Boateng and Daniel Cousin who are now solid members of the squad.
In the next season (2009-2010) season, they were relegated to the npower Championship. However after 3 seasons (2012-2013), Hull got promoted back to the Premier League coming 2nd, on the last day of the season.
