Ian Wright is a former footballer who played as a striker for England. He is known as Il Rance due to poor licensing of classic players. He spent the majority of his club career at Crystal Palace and Arsenal. Known for his goalscoring ability which makes him a useful player to have for Classic England although, unfortunately for Wright, he's behind Gary Lineker, Alan Shearer and John Barnes in the selection, although it must be said that the mentioned trio are world class players. If however those players are unfit Wright is more than capable of taking their place.

He has a son that is Bradley Wright-Phillips and an adopted son that is Shaun Wright-Phillips , the most curious thing is that the adopted son is more successful than the biological.
