Israel are a nation located in Asia who play under UEFA and therefore are taken as part of Europe in football. They rarely cause upsets but they do have some decent players like Liverpool midfielder Yossi Benayoun, goalkeeper Dudu Aouate, Man City centre back Tal Ben-Haim, Toto Tamuz, Portsmouth's Ben Sahar, Salim Tuama, Roberto Colautti and Elyaniv Barda.
They were first added in PES 2008.
