Jan Wouters is a Dutch former footballer who is in PES 2009 under the name Waltoor. He is a new addition to the Classic Netherlands team and in real life he retired with 70 caps and having played for top teams such as PSV and Bayern Munich. He faces a lot of competition from Aron Winter and Wim Jonk to name just two players. Nevertheless, like most classic players, Wouters is a good player and gets a fair share of games for the classic side and is therefore worth signing in the Master League if there's a chance of signing him.
