Julio Cesar is a former international Brazilian goalkeeper who plays for Queens Park Rangers.

Cesar was a fairly average goalkeeper in PES 6 with nothing special stats.

He received a major stat boost in PES 2008 making him one of the best goalkeeper in the game. Cesar and Toldo also make Inter one of the best goalkeeping teams in the game.

He was one of the best goalkeepers in the game with high goalkeeping stats and was considered to be a very useful acquisition if bought.

He once again received a stat boost and is now considered one of the best goalkeepers in the game due to having 96 goalkeeping skills matched with 97 response. His overall rating currently stands at 93, the second best goalkeeper in the game behind Gianluigi Buffon. He has the skill cards Penalty Saver and 1-on-1 Keeper making him a much better keeper from short range.

He is considered by far to be Brazil's best goalkeeper and does his job well between the sticks. In Master League he would be a brilliant signing for any team. After the first season he will likely be put onto the transfer list, so he is quite easy (although very expensive) to sign. Overall he is one of the best goalkeepers in the game.
