[edit] Players
[edit] PES 2011
Liverpool is a team that is more than adequate in all areas but doesnt really excel. Altogether the team is very capable and can be put to great use, however they are never really considered as a 'super' team on the game. However, a midfield containing Steven Gerrard, Lucas Leiva and Raul Meireles linking up with Andy Carroll and Luis Suarez can set up great play and goals. They are also supported by players such as Stewart Downing and Dirk Kuyt on the wings as well as both fullbacks Glen Johnson and Fabio Aurelio who can play an important role in an attacking move.
[edit] PES 2012
Basically the same as PES 2011, Liverpool is a balanced team in all areas but doesn't excel. With a great aerial player such as Andy Carroll, a good tactic is to put wingers such as Stewart Downing and Dirk Kuyt, then crossing to Andy Carroll finish it. Also Steven Gerrard has a great passing ability, and can easily put through balls to Luis Suarez to try and score from.
