Middlesbrough, or Teeside as they are known on PES, are regarded as a distinctly average team on the game. Their key players include Tuncay Sanli and Jeremie Aliadiere.

But despite being an average side they do have some quality in their squad with two very strong defenders in Robert Huth and David Wheater with their full backs being former Arsenal player Justin Hoyte and the experienced Julio Arca. The rest of their squad is filled with the likes of Gary O'Neil and Afonso Alves. Boro are also known for their English youngsters with Wheater being the most recognised out of them.

Middlesbrough will not be making an appearance in PES 2010 following their relegation to the Coca Cola Championship.
