Oleksandr Aliyev (also Aliev or Aliiev as in PES 2009) is a Ukrainian international footballer who plays for Dynamo Kiev. He is a product of the youth academy despite being born in Russia and is seen as a rising star. His stats in PES are quite average however he does possess decent speed stats.
