Phillip Degen (pronounced DAY-gen) is a Swiss international full back plays for Liverpool.

PES 5

Degen made an appearance for German team Borussia Dortmund when the Bundesliga was still playable, Degen was only considered a minor player and wasn't really worth looking out for. Having spent more years at the Westfalen club he missed out on PES 6 and 2008.

PES 2009

Degen signed for Liverpool along with Andrea Dossena but was a second choice right back to Alvaro Arbeloa and was not deemed a recommended signing. He also featured a build face which is very unrepresentative of his real life counterpart.

PES 2010

Whilst most of the Liverpool squad's stats and faces have been tweaked and upgraded, Degen has inherited his stats and from PES 2009 but is still left without a preset face. He is still considered as a potential second choice right back, this time Glen Johnson is ahead of him in the pecking order.
