Pro Evolution Soccer Management (or PESM for short) is the only football management game released by Konami as part of the Pro Evolution Soccer series. It was poorly received by critics and a sequel is unlikely.
The database was from PES 5 and included the Bundesliga however the game was criticised as there was no promotion or relegation and the poor licensing made it difficult to play. For example unlicensed players didn't show up during player searches. The game featured "Glory Points" which were earned every time a match was completed and they could be spent on unlockables. The Glory Points could also be used to apply for a new club.
The games use the PES 5 match engine but even this doesn't put it ahead of the likes of LMA Manager, Football Manager or even FIFA Manager. You could also have interviews but these made little difference.
