Serbia are a European nation that appear in the Pro Evolution Soccer Series. They area fairly average side but contain a few good players n their squad such as Mateja Kezman, Nikola Zigic, Dejan Stankovic and Nemanja Vidic. Two players that should make an impact in PES 2009 after breaking into the side are Branislav Ivanovic of Chelsea and Miralem Sulejmani of Ajax.
It must be noted that Serbia & Montenegro were featured in PES before the two teams Serbia and Montenegro officially split after the 2006 World Cup.
