Shingo 'Seabass' Takatsuka is the executive producer of the Pro Evolution Soccer game series. His nickname, 'Seabass', is said to derive from his love of fishing.

Takatsuka has come under recent criticism from fans of PES because they believe Pro Evolution Soccer 2008, is not up to the expected high standard although Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 is widely considered to be a step in the right direction again.

Takatsuka is well-known for the fact he supports Internazionale and that their stats are overrated in every game. His favourite player is Alvaro Recoba who needs to be unlocked through winning tournaments.

Adriano of Internazionale is also considered overrated with his generously high statistics which 'Seabass' no doubt had an influence in and many wonder if he will appear in PES 2010 after being dropped from the Brazil team as well as playing for a team not in the game.
