Step Over
From Pro Evolution Soccer - Wiki on Neoseeker
The Step Over is a skill in pretty much every PES game. It is performed by pressing L1 two times or pressing R2 twice. Pressing L1 makes a longer step over whereas R2 just has the one step over.
