Yossi Benayoun (pronounced Ben-eye-YOON) is an Israeli footballer playing for Liverpool. He is considered one of Israel's best players along with Tal Ben Haim and Ben Sahar. He is also able to play every position in Midfield, apart from Defensive Midfielder.

Benayoun became slightly better known during his time with Racing Santander as he was considered one of the star players in a fairly average squad.

Benayoun appears for West Ham United along with the likes of Carlos Tevez and Javier Mascherano they are considered the star players at the West London Club.

PES 2008

Benayoun makes his move to Liverpool and is one of the best wingers for the Liverpool side as the likes of Jermaine Pennant and Mark Gonzalez are not considered good enough.

PES 2009

Benayoun receives a Preset Face in this version but controversially is considered way too dark compared to his real life counterpart. He is still considered there best wide player as the likes of Dirk Kuyt and Albert Riera as well as Pennant and Babel don't seem to be as effective as Benayoun.
